Your Money Update #20

So far on Patreon, I have received $360.12 in September donations.

$71.06 of your Patreon donations went toward Patreon's various fees.

$36.28 of your Patreon donations went toward keeping the water running. This number is pretty consistent.

$213.00 of your Patreon donations went toward providing the electricity I use to do my work. This number is up a bit due to the heat.

The remaining $39.57 went toward my cable + Internet bill of which some also came from Discord subscriptions, which I will detail now.

For August of 2023, I received $233.09 in Discord income.

A flat 10% was taken off the top from the original value for Discord's fees.

$162.78 of your Discord subscription fees provided the rest of my cable bill. Most of the expense is due to the Gigabit internet I allow for myself, but some of it is the regular old cord-based television my elderly Aunt uses to spend most of her free time.

The remaining $70.31 of your Discord subscriptions went to the Family Phone Plan I maintain for my household. There was a bit left over that I had to take care of myself.

No merch shipped this month. Most of my own Patreon donations have been paused to put back a bit of money for some household costs.

Now to the subject of Licentia QUESTS, which you have probably all been waiting for news about. It is unlikely that I am going to be able to accomplish everything I wanted to by my birthday, September 24th. I determined in my mind that for my next Full xEdit Review, I would be more thorough than I have ever been when it comes to this list, and not only is it taking almost all of my free time, it is preventing me from doing any homework at all. 

It is also extremely mind-numbing. 

So my current plan is to fall back on my standards a bit for a BETA version which will be out and playable by the 24th, and leave the full version for the end of the semester. I wish I could uphold the promise I made in the beginning, but to be fair, most of the errors that will be corrected by the Full Review would be completely un-noticeable to me (minor position changes, missing keywords), much less the vast majority of users who play my list. So I believe you will all find the BETA version of QUESTS at least as acceptable as the versions currently available.

Join my Discord server to keep up with the latest information on Licentia, and amuse yourselves with the versions that currently exist, which I have committed to keeping installable via updates at the very least. If you can find it in your heart to provide some kind of financial, moral, or technical support for my work, these things go a long way toward motivating me to continue.
