A request from Happerry of Nessa from Pokemon Sword/Shield, transformed into a mermaid. There weren't many specifications on what exactly she would become, so after a bit of consideration, I picked Barraskewda for a few reasons. It's a gen 8 Pokemon for starters - that also happens to be on her team in the game - and the idea of a professional swimmer becoming a living torpedo just adds up. I don't really know how the whole propeller tail is supposed to work from a biological standpoint, but I don't make the rules.
