In the meantime, here's the full process of me giving instructions to özberk özen, which is, since a few months, officially 'additional/background models characters artist' to the IFSCL. Because I do plan to add ALOT of characters, his help will really help me save time.
As some of you know, managing a team is not my cup of tea and i'll still work solo, especially because you have to rework/review all the time your colleagues work.
But I'm ready to do it with Özberk for this specific task, because he's hard working, patient, always learngin and always took my criticisms for years without any ego, and that's a rare thing : P
So I hope this collaboration will help filling Kadic with secondary characters that will give life to the world!
