2023-12-09 02:52:46 +0000 UTCMy understanding is that the tribute was for something unmentioned that the demon did for the mayor in the past. I have seen this episode lots of times and I have no idea of when a lunch lady is on screen. I'll be on the lookout for her next time I watch it.
