I can confirm the movie will start in ancient egypt (not sure for how long, probably just 10-20 minutes) and have a time skip after that. I'm NOT sure as to when. Present day is possible and likely but so is anywhere between the 40s (when the JSA were created) to the 90s. But there will be a time jump for sure. I can also confirm we'll see the JSA, mainly Hawkman who's their leader going up against Black Adam.
