- Romantic Relationships decay slower.
- Gains Charisma Skill faster.
- Social Needs decay faster.
- (Added 03/10) 6 Social Interaction's
Buffs For:
- Getting Caught Cheating
- Getting Sim's Zick Bit
- Falling In Love
- Seeing Enemy Suffer
- ETC.
