Status update: Work
Added 2024-08-25 23:17:53 +0000 UTCProgress on Lacie is a little slow right this second as I complete some real-life work that is creeping up on me. Alas, the tax man comes for us all.
However, that ought to be done within a week or so, and after that, I'm going to knuckle down on the most tedious bit of companion creation: Implementation.
So, getting her a companion wheel, follow packages, combat styles, tactics, home markers, all that incredibly annoying stuff. Once she's following, back to dialogue writing, and I'll also post a picture of her in-game.
As an aside, you won't be able to send her to the Lucky 38 for story reasons. She's allowed to leave Nellis under the player's supervision, and Nellis is where her home is, so it makes no sense for her to be sent to live on the Strip. You'll just have to walk. Or fast travel.
