To add to what B2023316 already explained so nicely: yes, soundwaves and resonances can definitely be felt, depending on frequency and volume. And they also make use of that for performances, together with various other support such as extra dancers giving them visual cues, blinking beat-count screens, or smartwatches which vibrate with the beat of the song. Finally, they all use different hearing aids to try and make the most of their remaining hearing, so it's just a lot of different assistive methods and alternative ways coming together.
