Forgive me for asking but have you ever seen "The Wizard Of Oz?" If not, please add it to your polls because that film will win unanimously, and you'll love it.

This has definitely become a classic and as others have commented, they've played it on TBS over and over for 24 hours every Christmas for years. I honestly hadn't seen the entire movie in years and I only remembered 3 things. Ralphie wanting the Red Ryder BB gun, The kid who got his tongue stuck to the flag pole and of course, the leg lamp. I saw something on HBO/Max about a Christmas Story Christmas and thought I better go back and watch the original again. I just watched the trailer for the new movie and Ralphie is back and now he is the dad with his friends Flick and Schwartz. They also have the actor who played Ralphie in the original movie with references from the original as well. I remember reading that the house from the movie was bought and was decorated to look just like the movie with the leg lamp in the window and people were able to tour the house. I'm not sure if people can still do that, but the leg lamp is on Amazon in different sizes as well as the pink bunny outfit A perfect novelty gifts for fans of the movie and one of those things,,, if you know, you know.
