Loved your reaction to this! This is such a great movie. This was my dad's generation, and from what I understand, it was pretty accurate. My grandmother said that dad would leave for the day with the dog, and if she wanted to know where he was, she would just call the dog's name, and the go would respond. Kids back then, and also my generation (GenX) were allowed a lot more autonomy, and so long as our parents knew who we were with, they let us go out all day, and just "be back by dark" or "be back by dinner." Such a great time to grow up. The Sand Lot is also a really great movie with a similar friendship vibe. James Earl jones (voice of Darth Vader) is in this movie too.

I love your reactions, been watching them for a while now, and I'd love to be able to watch fulls of a lot of the movies you've done.
