2022-10-04 21:20:09 +0000 UTC1:09:10 Why is Switch in white? I've heard about this and thought this was an interesting idea. Of course, they would screw up if they tried it today. Anyway, the idea was that Switch would be played as a Man in the real world and a Female in the Matrix with reference to digital self-imaging, but Warner Brothers didn't like the idea and cut it from the movie. Warner also changed the Original idea that the machines used humans for neural processing power and not battery power. Something that makes more sense, while the battery power falls apart and is less believable. In fact, the actress Belinda McClory was hired to play Switch in the Matrix only, but her role increased when Warner stepped in. The all-white is just something to call switch out as different from the others. Clearly, this was a self-inset by one or both as the Wachowski brothers are now sisters.
