The issue that I had was that there was no communication about the error for 2 weeks dispite me and a bunch of other patrons pointing out the issue. If the video was corrupted and there was no way to fix it, I'd totally understand and a simple "Hey guys. There was an issue with the video and we can't upload it" would have been fine. It's the complete lack of communication that bothered me.

I contacted y'all here, on Twitter and on YouTube and got no response. I'm not cancelling because of the upload error. I'm cancelling because of the lack of communication. Other people besides myself tried to tell y'all about the error and there's been no response.
