About our patrons and how to get in touch with us

Some days ago, one of our patrons sent an anonymous ask to our askbox on Tumblr, claiming indeed to be a patron, to express an opinion of theirs about a matter we had already discussed on our public channels (that is, Tumblr and DeviantArt). Yesterday, they got an answer which they didn't like very much, and for this very reason they left our Patrons -- long story short.
Today, we're here to ask you not to get in touch with us anonymously if you're one of our patrons. If there's something you want to discuss with us, or simply share your opinion, you're free to contact us on here via private message. Please understand that we can't confirm your identity if you contact us anonymously, so it becomes pointless to specifiy wheter you're a patron or not. If you don't want your identity to be recognized not even by us, then just ask something without giving any partial information on who you are, and especially without coming out publicly later below some random post on Patreon. It's kind of a problematic way to manage communication between you and us, especially if more suitable options are available.
