Service communication (please don't be scared!)

Hello everyone!

Sorry for the seemingly tragic title. It's not that bad, actually. But still, there's something it's only fair to clarify before people start wondering what happened to us.

In short... we're stuck. We've been saying that for some time now, but we also tried to brush it off like it didn't matter much.
But, in fact, it does matter.

As you already know, making comics and stuff is not our main job. Usually, we're able to make enough room for this job, which we love dearly and hundreds of times more. Lately, that wasn't possible. Sometimes life is hard, and it's hard to tackle it.

We're working on it. Both of us, together, to overcome this hardship. To make it so that we can take our space back and fill it with the things that really matter to us.

That's why, since you're supporting us (also) monetarily, it's important that you know this and decide how to act accordingly: you might not see new content for a little while longer.

Believe me when I say that nothing pains me more than not being able to provide you a date after which we can say for sure we'll be back to our usual pace. But, it is what it is. However, please rest assured we are trying to fix this.

That being said, I sincerely hope to see you soon with... something.
Anything, really. πŸ˜†πŸ’•

While this is undoubtedly true, it is also true that most people pledge on Patreon because they expect something in return. This is how it works, after all. So, if we're aware we won't be able to provide new content for a while, these people deserve to know. There's nothing wrong with suspending the pledge until more content is out, so people who want to do that should do it without concern. πŸ₯°

I wouldn't worry about it. Don't let the stress and anxiety start to deter you or create any aversion towards your hobby. You shouldn't feel like you HAVE to put out content .. You should WANT to put out content. Because it is your passion and it is what you love. That was the biggest stressor I faced when I attempted creating my own art page.. Some days I couldn't get around to drawing. Some days .. I just didn't want to.. But I felt like I had to.. So my work suffered for it. I pumped out content for the sake of having something to put out there. It drove me away from wanting to post and I quit. So I commend you and every other artist that has the strength and mental willpower to push through and keep on enjoying to do what you love, despite the stress and anxiety! ❀️

Don’t worry, I’m confident we’ll get out of this slump one way or another. 😀

Wish I could do more.
