WIP (Tutorial incoming?)

Here is a cropped wip of my next illustration. I want to try a limited palette and I admit that I'm having a lot of fun.
As usual you will have step by step, PSD file and real time video.
But for once I was thinking about making a real tutorial where I'll explain my process. The reference that I use, and why I pick them, how i blend color, make skin, hair, etc...
Would you be interested ? I've never done that before so it makes me nervous.
