Fallout 3 NCR

You'll also need the meshes and textures from Gennox riot gear https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/38887 they will patrol the dc and megaton area and have a small camp and vendor in front museum of history. They are neutral toward Lyons pride BOS.
