Simple Berry Mentats

I didn't like the rarity of the anti freeze bottle. the recipe is the same except you need 2x plastic and 2x acid instead of an antifreeze bottle. and the simpler berry mentats is just going to remove the antifreeze bottle from the requirements, *CHOOSE ONLY ONE* Fallout 4 PC Steam
