NCR and Legion FO3

updated my mod, now it has Legion NPCs so you'll need all of their armors including the legate. There's a few Legion patrols around the city. The legion and NCR are set to fight each other on sight. There is a base near dupont circle plaza(you'll see a soldier outside guarding the door ) inside is a few quest giving NPCs. Speak to Benny he has work for you. The Legion will not be hostile toward you unless you attack them. I did this because I have plans to allow you to help and side with them. The NCR is stronger so in most fights they will win against the legion(Ill make the Legion a bit stronger in an update.)

The are also Gunners now, just a handful and they are around the dupont area don't go here until you have some decent fire power. they wear combat armor and military PA

I didn't understand packages as much at the time so there is a small problem where if the leader of the patrol dies his followers will just stand by his corpse until he respawns . It should rarely or never happen because the patrols are tough.

future plans: more gunners more quest, a Legion hideout, dungeons(hopefully),a new settlement. Faction dogs and robots.. At least 1 companion from each faction. Removing Ranger and Riot gear from vendors to make them more rare and unique. Unique items that can only be purchased with NCR money. a version where all NPCs use default armor so you dont have to extract anything from NV.

I did this on gog if you have the steam version and run into a problem I cannot help you. Report any bugs you find.
