Hip thrust PB! 💪🏻

Might smash it up to 140kg for my next session 🥰
I’d taken a week out so i could focus on my band’s show and not risk getting run down or something before it. Back in and back to normal on Monday 🥹🏋🏼♀️

Respect respect sophie 135 kgs WOW Found my way over here at last 👍 Haven’t tried this excessive yet . Getting 5 seshes in with a PT over dec Jan to learn some more exercise routines for different muscle groups Been advised not to try the HP thrust until I had proper instruction as not to injure my back. Want to do more core muscle work think this is lacking in my routines Winter time is when I can devote more time to the gym as in the summer I’m often away from home Try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week this time of year On average I tend to do 12 different exercises per sesh takes me about an hour and a half That includes 15mins on the bike to get me warmed up and that’s the only cardio exercise I do. Everything else is muscle building Then I finish this off with a 30min swim to cool-down How long do your seshes last and how many different exercises do you do during a sesh ? Do you have a warm up and cool down routine ?? That 12 exercise is a mix of legs and biceps etc Perhaps I should split it up more ? I do alter the routines to bias a particular area from sesh to sesh Glad to be over here to join you with the grind Another thing you have inspired me to do HAHA Surprised myself how much I now enjoy the gym It’s addictive but you know that HAHA Have a great weekend
