RDLs today!🦡🏻πŸ”₯

Pushed the weight up on my RDLs, 50kg today!

Little bit wobbly but got the depth there, next week I’ll probably keep it at this weight but focus on really feeling that muscle connection.

Again, my upper body always lets me down with these, my legs can take more of a β€œbeating” but my upper gives out before I get there. It also distracts me from feeling the engagement as much which is annoying πŸ™„β€¦I’ll get there!

Chest press using the smith machine The club are running a challenge this month . 30 kg for males 20 for gals how many can you do in 2mins Managed 32 don’t think I gunna win any prizes with this but hey it was my first time 😁😁😁😁😎 Was absolutely pooped in just over the minute in Pace yourself Chris 😎 Also added the standard plank exercise in for some ABS and core strength Have a great weekend Sophie Got five seshes with a PT starting next Tuesday Wish me luck 😁😁😁😁
