These leggings have a hole in the worst place, realised half way through my sesh π probably time to get some new gym wear again!

She pushes me hard but safe ππ Thinking of adding in a protein supplement drink for after my seshes to aid with muscle recovery Only drink water during a sesh at the moment Wondering if you do the same????
