Which of the following story ideas do you prefer?

I'll be working on a new comic soon, and I have two ideas for stories which I'd like to make. I enjoy both ideas, but simply cannot choose which of the two I'd prefer. This is why I come to you, to check which of these stories you prefer more :D The titles are working titles, and can still change over time. Once the poll is over, I will be working the idea out thoroughly and start work on creating it into my next comic. Of course, either comic will be created from a POV perspective, as you're used to by now from me!

Idea 1: The Succubus' curse

You're a regular employee for Charlotte's company, and always did your best to handle your job. you've always been an above average employee, but one day Kazumi, a rivaling company's CEO, comes for a business meeting, and you lay your eyes upon her. Your eyes met, and she smiled kindly your way. In that moment, something changed within you; You can't get Kazumi out of your mind, and your obsession with her grows to unhealthy proportions. You start daydreaming about her growing in size and kidnapping you, whenever you sleep, she enters your dreams, even when trying to focus on your job, you cannot stop thinking about the Asian beauty. It gets so out of hand, that you can't distinguish dream from reality anymore. Charlotte notices your insane obsession, and displeased with how you deliver less and less... she one day sends her maid your way to summon you...

Idea 2: Hotel Tin-iinn

Hotel Tin-iinn is a small hotel in downtown Argentum. What many people don't know however, is the fact that many people disappear during their stay. With little coin in your purse and having travelled to Argentum to start a new life, the hotel's low rates for a chamber seem like a perfect place to start out... But you soon find out that Rei, the hotel's owner, is the person behind the many disappearances. Although she may seem friendly at first glance, Rei is rather... possessive over the people she fancies entering her hotel, and shrinks this particular clientele, only to keep them as her "delightful little pets". Over time, many have escaped her grasp, and a true tiny civilization is built in the hotel walls, in the hopes that working together, they can one day escape the shrunken life and grow back to their original size. This however gets made a lot more difficult by the fact that Rei is cruel towards "traitors", and the word of a shrunken civilization has attracted many more interested clients, hoping to have some fun with the tinies living within the hotel's walls... or perhaps even take one along as their personal toy~
