An important update — What you can expect from my Patreon moving forward. [Jan 12, 2022] [Public Post]

So, hi there.

I wanted to keep this brief and thought of just giving the main details of what's going to happen to my Patreon, but I thought it would be better if I got into the details as well to reduce any questions. So here goes:

This is me being clear on what my Patreon would be about, what my content and posting schedule would be like, and everything else you can expect moving forward.

✷ My Patreon will serve as an ongoing donation jar for those who want to support me and the content I make. By supporting me here, you can expect to get a couple of exclusive audios or videos from time to time; and also get early access to the content I will post publicly on Reddit.

✷ There is no fixed schedule as to when I will post anything. There may be months when I only post a few times, there may be months when I don't post anything at all. I have a full-time job, other side jobs, and lots of offline life things I need to focus on. Making content has always been a hobby and I need to prioritize the things that need more of my attention!

✷ Every other month, I will donate 5-15٪ of my earnings to a charitable organization or marginalized individuals in the Philippines (if we reach our 100 Patrons goal, it will be fixed to 15%!). This is my way of giving back to the community—another way I can say thank you for all the help and support you all give me. The exchange rate from USD to PHP is actually really big so a little will always go a long way.

✷ With regards to the type of content I will post, particularly audios, I will mostly be posting F4M content. I will still be making 4A or 4F audios from time to time but it won't be a regular thing.



Those are the main things I wanted to emphasize. I love and appreciate you all so, so much and I will never bear any ill feelings if you choose to unsubscribe at any point in time. I am a huge proponent of getting your money's worth, after all 💛


And now, to elaborate on WHY I'm repeating the terms of my Patreon, I'm gonna start off by saying that I have been stressed for the past month or so because of all this.

Don't get me wrong—I appreciate every one of you who pledged to me when I "announced" my page back in November, whether you're still here or not anymore. I appreciate you with my whole heart and that will never change.

I have realized that keeping up with the goals I gave myself for this platform is starting to prove more difficult than I expected.

I don't want to be asking for your money and then not be able to give you anything in return, but there are times where I might do just that. Back when I only posted on Reddit, I would go a month or two without making any new audios or scripts, and then I'd get a surge of inspiration and manage to release two or three. I'm inconsistent and changeable and those aren't good qualities to have for someone who is supposed to be running a paid platform.

It's honestly messing with my mental health. And I don't like it. I don't like feeling this way.

More and more, I found myself stressing and comparing what I do and how I do it to other people. I've started to do the things I told myself I wouldn't do when I first started making audios. I'm starting to think about creation for the sake of meeting a quota rather than create because I love what I'm doing.

I'm scared that stressing out about my Patreon will burn me out and make me hate making audios. I don't want that to happen.

So yes, I really needed to do this. I feel like being clear about what you can expect—and the fact that you can expect nothing at some points in time—is the only way I can calm myself down about this.

And that's all of it. All my thoughts and what you can expect from me and this platform.

To reiterate, my Patreon is first and foremost a donation jar page for those who want to support me. It's only 1$ or 2$ a month. You can pledge for as little or as long as you like, and you can unpledge anytime. I'll still be making audios on Reddit and Patreon, just on a sporadic basis and not as often as I once did. I'll be donating a portion of my earnings every month as a way of giving back to the community and you, as a Patron, will get little extras here and there from time to time, as soon as they're finished.
