Less Sensitive Jealousy

One thing that always bothered me in the Sims 4 is how easily sims get Jealous/what is considered cheating. Romance is extremely easy to grow in this game, especially now that Lovestruck is here, and for some reason the game not only tests for committed relationships when triggering jealousy reactions, but any romance above 30 (out of 100 for a maxed out bar). While I'm thrilled that we now have the romantic boundary system to curb some of this, you need 30 in romance to even start negotiating them. To me it doesn't make sense for sims to get jealous after one conversation when the target of their jealousy hasn't even agreed to be in a committed relationship.

Thus, I've created a simple override to the jealousy availability test set so that only Jealous sims react "cheating" over the 30 Romance threshold. For all other sims, its only be considered cheating once they've at least become Romance Partners.
