Regarding the Superiour again, if you watch the fight he is protecting his head an awful lot. Unusual for someone who supposed to be immortal. Yoyo notices this, and cuts his shirt opens, which reveals, yes he is vulnerable as we can see his head is kind of stiched on to a robot body, indicating that this is his actual head, and that he was afraid to die.
