Adding quotes to my endtro

I'm thinking of adding quotes alongside your names in my outro! I'm making a new outro that's more flexible :)
The issue is that I don't know how to keep up to date with quotes being changed or added every week. Does a google sheet sound any good? Is there a way to pin a post on patreon? I might need to make weekly posts or mass DMs reminding people.
