Gainer Powder - Weekly Update 1

As promised, here's the first weekly update about my gainer powder "diet".

At first, I wanted to take gainer powders since years but I was affraid because I'm a type one diabetic. I made a lot of researches, but I abandonned the idea in 2018.

Seven years later, the idea came back with more power. I NEEDED to try this kind of product. I did a lot of research : having the more calories with the less carbs. That's why I took Mutant Mass Extreme 2500 and BSN True Mass 1200.

So, let's talk about the product I'm taking :

I use 2 scoops (71g) per day, which means : 535 calories / 15g of Proteins / 115g of Carbs / 1.3g of Fat. I put the scoops in a gainer shake with Double Cream, Whole Milk and custard. It's around 1850 cal for 600g of shake (+ the powder).

The Vanilla Ice Cream taste is quite good, it's not too sugary (except when I put too much of custard haha) And there is no problem when I swallow the powder shake.

Here's now the daily weigh-in :

28-08-2025 : 188.0 kg / 415 lbs (Starting weight)

I undfortunately got sick on the week-end.

09-01-2025 : 186.1 kg / 411 lbs

09-02-2025 : 187.2 kg / 413 lbs

09-03-2025 : 187.5 kg / 413 lbs

09-04-2025 : 187.7 kg / 414 lbs

09-05-2025 : 188.8 kg / 415 lbs
