After download, unpack the archive and put version you need to C:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks . For some features, like different chest textures and colored shulkers, you will need Optifine or some mod, to replicate it's features, for example OptiGUI . Open the game, choose the pack and enjoy.
