New NPC, Tomboy Jungle Fighter

Based on the result of last month's polling event, we are happy to announce that starting from this end of month's update (October) we will have a new tomboy female character who came from a certain jungle death world in the imperium. She is a member of the imperial military and yes, we will have a lewd art of her at the end of this month, but her appearance will have no effect to the main story at least for now.
