Art Update for V 0.26 (The Librarian)

Just a quick art update to replace the placeholder's art in the previous build. When I look for references on what a librarian looks like in the grimdark future, I found that they are typically huge bald older guys who wears equally enormous suit of armor with distinct headgear, most of the time (coughs). So we now can see what the Librarian in the HQ looks like and of course we will put appropriate background story and dialogues as well for the Dark Library scene XD.
Talking about the dirty skill, I've made some changes in current set-up price and gameplay. To make the game less tedious, you don't need to learn this dirty skill set to become a stripper anymore. You just need to buy the sexy female underwear from styx-the-broken on much cheaper price than before. However, you'll need to learn the dirty skill set in the dark library to unlock Hentai scenes/animations in the private room. This will make everything less complicated.
I'm planning to also finish at least another H-scenes this weekend.
