Meat of Champions (part 1)

(And as much as i do miss Hannibal, it's worth noting the embarrassment of riches currently available on teevee. 12 Monkeys season 2 debuted last week on syfy, promising to be every bit as god-awesome as the staggeringly dope first season. Third season of hbo's Silicon Valley will start sunday night, and that's always the wittiest shit, with an outstanding soundtrack.
Also, fully aware there are no cool points to be had for praising network series, but Christ, Jesus man, both the second season of fox's Gotham, and third season of nbc's The Blacklist have been utterly spectacular...this coming Monday's Gotham promises something special with an Azrael-centric episode, and if Spader doesn't at least get a nomination for last week's Blacklist, i vow to consider taking appropriate disruptive action; maybe rent a small army of poo-flinging CalArtians, and set them loose on the dtla Whole Foods parking garage, or something.)

A significant chunk of these look like they should be framed and hanging on a wall somewhere. Speaking of American Psycho- I'm beginning to wonder if casting directors are screwing with us nowaadays- Jared Leto got axe-murdered by Batman in that movie, RDJ banged the new Aunt May in Only You, new Batman banged new Superman's mom in Hollywoodland where Batman WAS Superman, etc. While I won't likely be joining your poop rebellion, I'll certainly be watching the livestream 24/7, waiting for the FBI's inevitable overreaction.
