Also, jojo rabbit comes out this month, and if you haven't checked out Prodigal Son yet it's probably the best serial killer drama on network TV since Hannibal and the Following both ended, it's definitely more like the latter than the former, but Michael Sheen is delightfully creepy.

I've never commented on a post here, until now, and looking back, I had scarcely bothered to "heart" anything either. Mind you, this was partly due to the convenience of the ZIP files and partly to my own laziness. However, when I genuinely enjoy an artist, I prefer to stay out of the way and let them do their own thing. Bearing that in mind, I've spent the last couple of hours going back through all of the previous uploads and reminiscing about each one. Honestly, it's been an absolute blast. I can only speak for myself, and am loathe to sound like a gushing kiss-ass, but I'd very much like to share some of my thoughts and musings that I've been bottling up for sometime now. I love the way that this page has essentially become a de-facto museum of popular culture characters from a plethora of mediums (much like the delightful Veidt site before it). So many iconic characters, reinterpreted and brought to life through the magic of photography and imagination: it never ceases to impress me and always makes me smile. Looking back through the years, it feels akin to flipping through a yearbook and peering at old friends. There's such a plethora of models that have come and gone over time, but each one brings something special and unique to the table. The costumes are always a hoot, from the remarkably ornate to the very simple, and personally I quite enjoy seeing repeats of several of them. I'll never get tired of Harley Quinn, Captain America, or anyone else, because every set is unique in it's own way. Until tonight, I had almost forgotten just how many great, "Hannibal" themed sets we'd received and I'm thankful for every last one (I adored that show). I also very much respect your humility and the earnestness in your posts. It feels very genuine when an artist is their own toughest critic, and you don't pull your punches when you're excited or concerned about something. That's refreshing in this day and age. I could go on and on, but I've got to get to sleep. In short, I've done a poor job of interacting with comments and hearts over the years, but I've genuinely enjoyed everything that you've produced for us and I'm proud that I've been able to contribute in a small but sincere way. Take all the time off for the flu or whatever else that you need, I don't mind, I never have or will. I'm just glad that I could be included in all of this, and it's been a genuine pleasure to finally speak up. Thank you (and everyone else) for putting in the time and resources to make this possible.
