[If you're likewise anticipating, have you ever seen The Time Machine, circa 2002? Dying to see what Jeremy Irons does as Veidt in Watchmen...but for now, my favorite work from Irons is in The Time Machine, where he's an uber-evolved brain Morlock.
Visually, it's a triumph of character design (even if it borrows heavily from Grant Morrison's take on the old Justice League villain, The Key.) Aside from just looking great, he's channeling Vincent Price levels of cerebral, coiled charm. Really, really good stuff.]
