Love Anarky; he's relatively obscure, aside from appearing in Arkham Origins, and being the primary nemesis in Beware the Batman (the best Batman animated series nobody's ever seen), but his comics lore is deep + fascinating. Started out as a way to kind-of appropriate V for Vendetta into the DC Universe, would evolve over time into a fascinating wild card. Anarky has outsmarted Darkseid, might be the son of The Joker, and allegedly inspired the look of Red Cloak, in Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut.
