I built another cottage without using any CIT packs or mods, only with Mizuno's 16 Craft texture pack. Let me know if something is off, so I can fix it :)

HOW TO USE THE FILES
Save the .schem file in the following folder: .minecraft -> config -> worldedit -> schematics
Save the .litematic file in the following folder: .minecraft -> schematics
Unzip the .zip file and put the folder in your Minecraft saves folder!
