This was voted on a long while back. I was really thinking you all would have chosen Tiffany or Kayla. But a "new character" was selected, and this is the first we see of her.
Side Note: I did actually go and claim the instagram handle for GwenWins. I wanted to make sure I didn't actually use someone's real instagram handle. There is nothing there right now. But maybe in the future.

That is a good question. I can answer this. It would count, but it would be much weaker than if she told someone directly.
