While it often seems like Steph has few issues with English, this is actually one of the examples of her limitations. I as a writer want her to say "monetized" or "demonetized". But since she is still learning, she has to say a lot more smaller words to communicate the same point. There are a lot of points in the script where she is saying a more complex word, only for it to get changed into something simplier while being lettered.
