It's October and that means it's Inktober.
What's Inktober? Essentially it is a month to encourage artists to use more physical resources to draw something every day. Similar to Septrener that TGC does, but the version for 2D artists.
I've been thinking of giving it a go this year. Instead of the prompts that many people are using, I'm going to use my own prompts. Every year, I make a Halloween themed playlist, and over the last few years, it's been getting too big. So I thought I would reign it in and make it 31 songs only. And I thought it would make a good list of promps for inktober inspiration.
I will be using digital tools, but only ones that are mimicing physically tools. Basically I'm using this as a way to improve to make the comics even better.
How will this work?
I'm not flooding Patreon with daily posts. It's too much and it pisses people off more than it makes people happy. But I'll do a weekly summary with all the sketches done that week. On Discord and in the Community Chats here on Patreon, I'll post the daily sketch, but they will show up with a formal post once a week as a round up.
I probably will not do every day. I'm sure I'll miss some, or fall off half way through. The comic pages come first, and I'm pretty excited about what's coming for Open Trade and Final Exam.
