I was coming up with a bit of a wicked concept on this one. The story got away from me a bit. I was considering making it a short story, but ultimately I worked on cutting and cutting until I could get this short enough to fit.
But since it is still a bit on the long side, so you can read the caption below.

Miller never got to reinvent himself in college. So many people from his high school were also there. He felt it prevented him from showing off new aspects of himself.
As the semester went on, He heard that one of the witches in the MacBeth play was an actual witch. The rumor was a bit on the nose. It wasn’t until he saw the fall play that he knew it was true.
Her appearance on stage was dramatically different from how she looked off stage. If she reshaped herself, maybe she’d reshape Miller and give him a fresh start.
Miller caught up with her at auditions for Into the Woods. She was there auditioning for another witch part. Another dramatic “makeup” plus an onstage transformation! She must be begging people to know she’s a witch.
Miller was able to find her alone and bluntly blurted, “You changed your appearance with make up to play a witch in MacBeth!”
She stopped and focused on Miller, not denying anything. “Yes? What about it?”
“Um…I was wondering if you’re a witch that maybe you could reshape how I look to others.” He stammered a bit trying to make this unreal request.
“Sorry, it doesn’t work that way. I can’t make whatever I want. I can only shift into-”
“I want to be popular.” He pleaded his case.
Her expression shifted as she answered. “Really?”
“Yes! I want nothing more to be popular.”
“Well, maybe that is something I can provide. But you may not like the results.”
She lifted her hands and magic began to swirl. Magic in her control shifted from a purple to a bright pink. As she lowered her hands and pointed to Miller, the magic began to reshape his body.
Within moments, Miller was now looking up at the real life witch. There was long blonde hair falling down her back. Dressed in a more restrictive pink outfit. Modest breasts on her new smaller frame.
The witch winced, “My spell can only make witches, but at least this way you can be popular.”
Miller was going to get a fresh start, but was now considering that she never should have trusted a witch that loves showtunes.
