Class 5: Group Tactics – Year One
Added 2025-07-04 08:04:23 +0000 UTCYou don’t have friends.
You have assets. Resources. Leverage.
If they die, it’s your fault, because you didn’t make them useful enough to live.
This class teaches you how to survive as a unit, even if you hate the people next to you.
The instructor never speaks. No one knows her name. She guides with precision—never a word, never a sound. She demonstrates, corrects with gestures, and expects results. Her presence is constant, her intent unmistakable.
It is not about trust. It is not about care.
It’s about exploitation, delegation, and controlled risk.
What This Class Actually Teaches
1. Tactics Without Words
Your instructor never speaks. No lectures. No corrections. Just drills.
You learn by watching. You learn by mimicking. You learn by failing.
2. Operational Hierarchy Under Stress
How to seize command mid-crisis without formal rank
This class is silent. You will learn to follow orders that are never spoken. If you wait for words, someone dies.
How to lead without words, or how to vanish when you're the liability
3. Role Structures
Point, anchor, flank, bleed, carry
You train in each. You’re assigned the one you hate. Then you’re punished until you can live with it
"Support" means taking the hit for the one who actually matters
4. Nonverbal Synchronization
All missions are conducted without speaking
Learn how to time skill usage through breathing, motion, and intent
If your squad hesitates, you lose. If they follow wrong, they die.
5. Expendables and Leverage
Learn who matters and who doesn’t
Use the weak to buy time
If you carry the team, lead it. If you don’t, serve or be replaced
Cadet Assignments
Complete three-role combat swaps under pressure. Fail a handoff? Repeat the whole sim.
Execute a full skirmish using only non-verbal coordination. No talking, no signals, no light cues.
Lose a mission. Identify who caused it. Justify their death in a written report. Include replacement strategies.
Final Trial: The entire class enters the sim as one squad. No words. No signals. One objective: defeat the instructor. She fights alone. You fight together. If you break formation, you lose. If you speak, you're disqualified. If you fail, she leaves you broken. Only unity wins. Only silence survives.
Cadet Notes
“They used me as bait. That’s fine. I would’ve done worse.”
“My team learned to breathe like me. That’s why we killed the others.”
“I led once. I’ll never do it again.”
Class Motto
“Live as a team or die”
