full motion controls support for aiming as well as 2-h aiming
fully working scopes
fully working native stereo
Issues:
laser sights is off
for me game crashes every 1-2 hours

I finished playing game, this is real huge world and worth to explore kind of feels like new vegas where every facility would hide something very special. couple of my own feedback:
even though lightning are mess, it is one of the best experience with multiple light sources, especially in Arena bar it is very atmospheric,
even though scopes works it's not the same as you aim on screen, which is supposed to be hard but for me holos worked much better especially RU with dot was able to do John Wick style one hot one kill.,
close to mid range combat very much atmospheric, long range is corrupted for multiple reasons(not mod) but ingame itself you do hald or no damage if PC is too far away and tracking jitter makes long range aiming pretty useless,
close to end game turned off almost all gestures except inventory and PDA, as in dynamic fight scenes they all messing up with you and you can switch or get grenade in the middle of fight
I love this game.

Tried on my new PC and this is running crazy good. I did notice the 6dof pistol was a bit far forward but still loads of fun

2025-05-10 18:36:39 +0000 UTCHi Guys! I would greatly appreciate if any of you could help me out solving any the following issues when I play Stalker 2 in UEVR with the profile. 1. The texture lods load up very late. So f.e. I step besides a wall and the resoultion looks like 240p and only after 3-4 seconds would the full res textures load up (btw I have set texture quality to ultra in game options). This breaks immersion quite a bit and so far I couldn’t find a solution. 2. When I press Esc to enter options menu I get a huge performance drop and everything starts to stutter at 2 fps for like 6-7 seconds and don’t know what is the reason for this. 3. The game I think uses some shaders or lighting effect that in some areas the walls or windows have a very inconvenient look, causes "cross eyed effect" or nauseating issues. This is also very disturbing when looking at leaves and litter carried by the wind. Is there a way to eliminate this? 4. The foliage draw distance is very close. When I run and then stop the plants are drawn in rows in front of my eyes, This also breaks immersion. 5. I would like to set the color balance and the saturation to my taste, but there is no option fot that in game menu. Is there any other way to do this? 6. Also, I saw a guy playing Stalker 2 in UEVR using ReShade but he wouldn’t respond how he did that. Do any of you guys maybe have any experience in using ReShade together with UEVR? Thanks for any help regarding any of the questions!
