DECEMBER NSFW - Maleficent/Aurora

Okay a little different this month, I'm very tired of reading stupid takes when it comes to mal/aurora so im just gonna keep this post-movie on patreon for now. Here's the run-down on my AU im currently crafting, it's mostly based on the original animated film but defo has some homages to the Maleficent 2014 film too. I have also nicked a few plot points from The Prisoner because they're fun.

☀️ Maleficent escapes before she is killed by Phillip. She is stabbed but escapes extremely wounded (I think her survival instincts would be strong) rest of end of movie proceeds like normal, Aurora and Phillip take the throne to the kingdom. Mal is thought to be dead.
☀️ 20 years pass, Aurora's parents have died, her and Phillip have become the monarchs, she is in the 5th year of her reign. Her and Phillip have no heirs.
☀️ Aurora, while going through her deceased mother's diaries finds Maleficent mentioned though it is unclear why, meetings are remarked on but not the subject, Curiosity gets the better of her and she starts to hunt for Maleficent in secret, thinking to find something in her old haunts and researching about fairies a little in the process. So much of her life has been shaped and changed by magic, she wants to know about it, how she can protect herself
☀️ Aurora asks her godmothers help to learn about magic but they tell her no, that is fairy's domain not humans. All fairies are not a fan of giving magic knowledge to humans.
☀️ She begins to go on journeys in secret on the look out for Maleficent herself, using what little she could learn from her mother's notes/diaries and the books that mention magic.
☀️ Maleficent at this point is in a protective coma/sleep, deep in the woods in an old place of rest. She has spent the last 20 years recovering from the wound, any other fairy would be dead.
☀️ Aurora finds Mal at the place she is using to recover at it's where Mal used to meet her mother (not quite worked out the specifics, Is Mal asleep, awake, does aurora wake her? Aurora is protected mostly from Mal at this point, she has iron, that fairies are weak too)
☀️ Aurora ends up proposing a deal to Maleficent, she wants to know what the connection is between her mother and Mal and for Mal to teach her about magic since none of the other fucking fairies will, when she asks what Mal wants in return, Maleficent asks to be an advisor to her, this is obviously too much for Aurora (and she is confused why Mal would want that from her). Mal with great reluctance proposes a BINDING.

BINDING: a promise placed on one fairy from another, must be willingly done by both parties, the bound cannot break the promise for fear of pain and potentially death.

NOW here's the bit of lore, Aurora is essentially going to be able to do magic, because plot point, Mal made a deal with her mother to help her conceive with the king. Aurora is fully human but the reason she is alive is due to magic and therefore it literally runs in her blood. The Queen broke her promise to invite Mal to Aurora's christening which is why she then cursed her. Mal had her own hidden reasons for helping the queen this way (they mostly involved her fucking with bringing magic into the human bloodline) the queen denying her any further contact with them is why she got pissed off.

The binding is a very low magic spell, and so she can perform it, Mal is keeping the reason why Aurora can use magic at all close to her chest right now, Aurora will never be powerful but she will have something. Mal teaches her how to bind, and that's were the comic starts.

Now you may ask: and how do they start fucking? well. i have a kink reason they do but im not quite prepared to launch that kink semi-publicly yet so im working on the non-kink reason for that so please bare with me. 😔🙏
