I use this one <a href="https://www.flashbackrecorder.com/express/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.flashbackrecorder.com/express/</a> to record (it's free! It does take a bit of tweaking and experimenting to get used to it), and Sony Vegas 11 to edit the videos. I've seen people use Livestream Procaster too, I think?
