(Sarcasm intended.)
Fortunately we're not into this kind of deal here, so while I deal with a few things in my life, I just moved this campaign from "monthly" to "on creation" (good thing I never activated "charge up-front" as this allowed me to switch). That means you don't pay anything until I explicitly say so in advance.
