Dev Diary #6 Down with the sickness
Added 2019-11-15 19:34:39 +0000 UTCHope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to give everyone an update on whats going on with this upcoming update. As I stated before I ran into some issues mainly due to me mismanaging how long it takes to render a 10 sec animation. That was all fixed and the update and almost ready.
However when all the renders finished. I got sick. Really sick. I ended up coming down with bronchitis. That kept me in my bed for almost 2 weeks and many doctor visits. After that My girlfriend ended up getting it as well. Currently I am still sick but able to walk around finally. My girlfriend is still sick and I will continue to take care of her. Due to this I lost a lot of time this month. The plan was to have the update finished by November first, then release the next update some times in December. Because of this I will be taking a new stance and rule on update. NO DATES. Thats right Ive seen what people do when deadlines arnt met. It puts pressure on myself and other members to rush through just to get to a date. This is not fair for us or you guys the players. I want to deliver a top quality game and to do that we have to be able to take our time.
This update is going to be small, but has some action in it. If you follow the game on discord I have shown some sneak peaks on there.
