Hey guys,
"Life is this amazing thing, and sometimes you just go out like a buster."
I thank everyone for being so understanding.
This was horrifically embarrassing, akin to a comedian bombing on stage, or a magic trick going awry...., especially after 11 months of working on it, and an all-nighter before the premier, its just devastating....
However, It appears that my work is so respected, that there is no objection to me running it back and doing it even better. Because you guys know, it's worth losing the momentum it once had, in service of a final version that will be cherished.
I hate to say it, but it's a fitting end to this insane project. In a weird way, I'm glad you guys got a peak behind the scenes. In animation, there is absolutely zero room for error. It's a long magic trick you have to sustain and make people believe in, and any lack of care destroys the illusion.
Every project is a marathon and for this one, I broke an ankle, spilled a coffee on myself, and crawled over the finish line backwards, only to realize it was still a mile away.
it really demonstrates where my head is as, I crash land into the holiday season.
Anyway, no time for self-pity, just a learning experience.
Happy Sunday, Everyone, and please enjoy the FINAL Version.
Dennis
