Each episode of your series could introduce a new patient and demonstrate the various methods of treatment you used. Sorry if this is super long! Patient A: The Attention Seeker: Mandatory therapy patient due to reckless, thrill-seeking behavior She dislikes you purely because she can’t manipulate you into believing the lies she tells herself and everyone else. Each time she comes to see you, she either “forgets” to wear a bra or panties. She spends each session trying to distract you, but you ignored her attempts thus far. However, today she decides to be even bolder than before. She breaks into your office while you are out to lunch, when you return, you find her sitting on your desk, mastubating with the pen you typically use to document your clinical notes. While the scene is totally hot, if you simply fuck her, she will get exactly what she wants and her behavior will never improve. You decide the best course of action is to humiliate her so she will associate the behavior with negative attention instead. You use all the many things she has confessed to you over the past few months to do just that. You ask her “If you’re so willing to go to these lengths for attention, why did you get upset when your ex-boyfriend shared your nudes with a group chat full of his friends? I bet you enjoyed the attention. Or was it humiliating because the attention you were receiving was from a bunch of unattractive losers?” Or something like that. After she is embarrassed and apologetic, you make her lick the desk and pen clean. Since she has done such a good job, you praise her. Then you tell her that if she wants attention, she needs to go about it the proper way. If she wants something, she needs to ask for it directly. You make her admit that she wants you. Then you make her beg for it, before finally rewarding her like a good girl with some amazing D.
