Hi Brianna. The science in this show is amazing. Not only are Sarah and Helena clones, i.e. DNA identical, but they are mirror twins, and on rare occasions one mirror twin is 'Situs inversus' (has reversed organs.) This phenomenon happens when the egg splits late. As I mentioned, Easter eggs are hidden everywhere, and if you were watching closely. it was evident that Helena is lefthanded, thus her reverse-over condition was revealed. If she was a clone, she would be righthanded. This is why she survived being shot in the heart. If I haven't mentioned this already, Cosima is named after the scientific advisor to the show, Cosima Herter. (Check the credits.) Rachael is the CEO of DIAD, and Dr Leekie is beneath her, and manages the R&D dept. In time you will discover their connection. Finally, you may have noticed Kira has special healing abilities and instincts, and you will understand more about her uniqueness as the story continues. And why are Helena and Sarah different than the other sisters? Finally, who is the original? All will be revealed. π Cheers.
