Kinda leaned into realism a lot more than usual for this one. Didn't really intend to, just kinda took off in that direction. Tried to make it look as much like an actual photograph as I could with camera settings and stuff.

2025-11-27 00:49:10 +0000 UTCSo, you're right, but when you render an image with lens distortion like I did here, the edges of the image distort inwards slightly and those missing pixels are either transparent or black. So to account for this, the image has to be cropped inwards slightly. I kept the aspect ratio the same, and I really didn't think people are typically going to notice or care about a few missing pixels here and there. And the 3:2 aspect ratio isn't suitable for most screens anyway without cropping the image or zooming out and adding bars at the top and bottom so I didn't really account for that.

2025-11-27 00:26:49 +0000 UTCThis is great, but the resolution is weird: 3801x2534. I assuming they were supposed to be rendered at 3840x2560? Not the end of the world, but it makes them less suitable as wallpapers on 4k screens.
