To get one thing out of the gate, I was planning to do this before the new guidelines; the guidelines were just the nail in the coffin.. Modding has just become a source of stress for me if it isn’t a simple mod, and the passion I once had that inspired me to churn out mods like Storytelling Socials and Easy Sentiment Cheats is gone.
So what does this mean?
- I'll still be playing Sims, so if a new update breaks one of my mods, I'll fix it, but it may take me longer and I may not update something if it's too onerous.
- Storytelling Socials v2 will go live eventually, if only for the (overdue) pronouns update, but that will be the last update.
- My Patreon tiers will offer no benefits; they'll only exist so I can continue to use Patreon as an upload hub.
- I may put out a small mod here and there, but I doubt it.
Thanks for your support over the years. I only modded for about two years but I did enjoy it.

I’m really sorry to see you go. Your mods especially Storytelling socials have been truly transformative for my game and cathartic for me as a person. I also really loved the way you shared your work and the process behind the development of each mod. I will miss your work but your health, peace of mind and joy comes first. I wish you the very best in whatever you do next 💕
